Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries. However, certain remote areas or countries under international restrictions may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Times

Since we source many of our products directly from trusted suppliers (including overseas manufacturers), please allow extra time for delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 10–25 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Asia: 7–20 business days
Middle East & Africa: 15–30 business days
Other Regions: 15–35 business days

⏳ Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Some delays may occur during peak seasons, customs inspections, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase confirmation.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Please allow 3–7 days for your tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping: Occasionally available on select promotions or minimum order amounts. Please refer to promotional banners or offers for details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link.
You can track your order status directly via the carrier’s website.
In some cases, tracking may take a few days to update, especially for international shipments.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 7 days after ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, you might receive them in separate packages.
This allows us to ship items from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by your local customs office.
Axis Online Shop is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the recipient.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for detailed information before placing an order.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

Please check with neighbors, family members, or your local postal office.
Double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout.
Contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery information.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (for certain countries)
APO/FPO military addresses (some exceptions may apply)
Countries subject to trade restrictions or international sanctions
